Abstract

After the 1990s, especially in recent years, which could be 10 years, 5 years, or any date that suits us, there have been phenomena in Cuban society with a higher dimension, phenomena that make us think that the population at risk of poverty is growing every day. And this is due to the fact that there is a high level of income inequality, which is clearly the result of the inequality of opportunities and their use by part of Cuban society in the face of measures taken that have not included the entire population.
