Abstract

In the midst of the precarious social and economic conditions that Cubans face on a daily basis, the establishment of the Economic Order and the recent Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba have sought to perpetuate this context. Although the future is not encouraging, the struggle to build a critical population must continue.
