Abstract
With the advent of the Cold War and the advent of bipolar tensions, the Soviet Union and Cuba carried out strategies to maintain the status quo, here is an approach of how the anti-Soviet and anti-revolutionary served as justification for the persecution of intellectuals who challenged the establishment.
