How will we know if the human rights guaranteed by the Constitution of Cuba (2019) are being fulfilled?
Abstract
Starting from the multiple human rights enshrined in the Cuban Constitution of 2019, Jorge I. Domínguez wonders about the way in which these can be fulfilled. He affirms that, without the need to change the political regime, the new Constitution can be enforced and raises a series of examples to proceed in this regard.
