Abstract

The article presents an approach to what was proposed in the V Report on Agriculture of the Center for Coexistence Studies (CEC-Cuba) and its application in the local project "La Isleña", highlighting the progress that can be achieved through citizen empowerment in the development of the agricultural sector.
