The Cuban government cannot handle coronavirus alone

Abstract

Times of crisis are times of change and of putting structures, institutions and people in check. A recent comment on Twitter by President Miguel Díaz-Canel, in response to the multiple criticisms of his management of the pandemic caused by the coronavirus, has shown: "It is perverse that some use digital networks to discredit, confuse, disunite and lie about what is being done".
