Interview with Omara Ruíz
Abstract
Omara Isabel Ruiz Urquiola, a Cuban who graduated with a degree in Art History in 1996, has spent more than 20 years as a university professor in the field of design, a job from which she was recently expelled, at the Instituto Superior de Diseño (ISDi) in Havana, Cuba. Ruiz Urquiola met with the main researcher of Programa Cuba, Sergio Angel, in order to discuss her experience in the country and other internal aspects of the Cuban Revolution.
