Corruption and Human Rights: comments on a dynamic relationship

Abstract

The article presents corruption as a problem that has a negative impact on the guarantee and exercise of fundamental human rights, highlighting the need to transcend the punitive approach and thus promote policies with a human rights approach to combat it.
