Why is no one talking about Laos?

Abstract

The article presents an approach to Laos as a typical and atypical case, simultaneously reflecting common characteristics with dictatorships such as China and North Korea, and at the same time projecting a "not very relevant" image before the international organizations that seek to protect and defend human rights.
