The axiological tension between freedom and equality in the origin and development of the democratic state. Property in the context of the institution.

Abstract

In this text it will be shown that the tension between freedom and equality can be resolved in the light of property in the institution. To this end, the first part will discuss the role of equality in the rule of law. Next, it will be explained why inequality is not a real problem in the field of political economy; first it will be shown that the real problem is poverty. Subsequently, the place of freedom in the social rule of law will be analyzed, and finally, what is the ethical function of property in the institution.
