Abstract

Observadores de Derechos Electorales (ODE) was born in 2017. From the articulation between civil society and citizenship that, independently and from the need to monitor electoral processes as active subjects of change, and defending electoral rights, put attention on the declared and presumed democratic institutionality of the Cuban political system. This, through the organized, rigorous and formal scrutiny of the electoral, representation and public service processes with trained observers deployed throughout the national geography.
