Abstract

In this text, we are interested in presenting to the public at large what was discussed at the III Congress on Democracy and Human Rights in Latin America, particularly from our participation in the round table on the protection of rights of vulnerable populations. For this purpose, we would like to introduce the context in which we proposed and developed the dialogue at the table. Following this, we propose to talk about the initiative that we have been implementing in response to the previous context, ending with a reflection on the role of social organizations, communities, the State and international cooperation.
