The Ordering Task: its problems and difficulties

Abstract

The establishment of the Ordinance Task has brought about a rapid deterioration in the economic and social environment of the island. In view of this, the author mentions that, for a true transformation of the Cuban economy, structural reforms guided by principles of free choice for economic agents are required.
