The failure of the economic and social strategy of confronting the covid-19 in Cuba

Abstract

The economic and social strategy to confront COVID-19 has not efficiently addressed the needs and expectations of Cubans. According to the author, it was designed in disconnection with the needs of the population, and it has not undertaken transcendental changes.
