The defense of the Constitution in the great Cuban text of 2019 and its real expression until 2021

Abstract

Based on the existence of a single party with supra-constitutional character and the fragility of the Cuban system of guarantees, Julio Antonio Fernández approaches the enormous challenge of the institutions and norms created for the defense of the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba of 2019.
