Gender violence in Nicaragua: sexual and reproductive rights

Abstract

In Nicaragua, sexual and reproductive rights have been approached in multiple regulations. However, this legal framework is unspecific and ineffective. The authors show the lack of guarantees for women's wellbeing and gender-based violence in Nicaragua.
