Human Rights, Citizenship and the State from a Theoretical Approach in Dictatorial Regimes

Abstract

The article exposes from a practical theoretical approach how human rights are constituted as inherent values of the human being, highlighting how they can be juxtaposed in those dictatorial systems that tend to view the person as a means and not as an end in itself.
