International framework of terrorism in Colombia. Reparation of the victims as an imminent result of the terrorist attacks in our national territory

Abstract

The armed organizations or armed outlaw groups in Colombia, have used terror in the population as a suitable mechanism for imposing their ideals, suppression of opposition from members of the various attacked areas who refuse to submit to the nefarious and violent models mentioned requests, and as a tool to glimpse its armed might and sadistic acts. This work examines specifically the result “victim” and its protection, within a national and international framework, as a result generated by the overflowing performances by members of armed groups who have bloodstained historical consciousness of this country, with the elapse of decades and doors of the signing of a peace treaty.
