Abstract

Coinciding, and not by chance, with the commemorations carried out in various countries to remember the appearance anonymously, in 1764, of the book "De los Delitos y de las Penas" written by Cesare Beccaria, the Spanish professor José Luis Díez Ripollés has published a text destined to the examination of "Delitos y Penas en España", which gathers multiple publications of his that have appeared over more than twenty years in various regional and national newspapers, in magazines and even in collective books, which he has always been careful to place and update with an initial paragraph at the beginning of each passage.
