Abstract

With the collaboration of a large working team, of which professors and researchers Claudia Cárdenas Aravena, Julia Geneuss and María Gutiérrez Rodríguez -who have also been in charge of revising the text and its Spanish version-, the transcendental treatise on International Criminal Law by Gerhard Werle has just appeared, this time accompanied as co-author by Professor Florian Jeßberger, which has seen the light in its third edition thanks to the efforts of the Spanish publishing house Tirant lo Blanch. The text has been prefaced, in addition to its authors, by Mrs. Silvia Fernández de Gurmendi, President of the International Criminal Court, and by Professor Francisco Muñoz Conde who, from their respective points of view, have valued its importance.
