Abstract

This paper is concerned with the investigative techniques employed to fight corruption in the United States; of course, it is also important to address the substantive laws used by the prosecution to accomplish this task, the practices of consensual resolution of these conflicts in light of plea bargaining, and the role of the jury of conscience in these cases.
