State responsibility for hunger in Cuba
Abstract
Hunger is a state of discomfort that affects health and human activity, and is related to poverty, the difficulty to access food and the absence of adequate food consumption. In the world it exists as a serious and latent problem, especially in several territories of underdeveloped countries, despite the fact that food production at a global level exceeds the consumption capacity of the planet's inhabitants. It is therefore a situation marked by inequality and the deficiency or absence of mechanisms, institutions and political will to ensure the right to food for all people.
