Abstract

Two thematic axes make up this new issue of the Journal: on the one hand, the problem of immunities and procedural privileges that - contrary to what happens in many civilized countries - swarm in legislations such as the Colombian and Spanish ones; and, on the other hand, the differences between malice aforethought and conscious guilt or guilt with representation.
