Abstract

This issue presents a variety of topics - hence the title chosen for this new issue - for reflection. Two of them are dedicated to the problem of abortion and correspond to the papers that the undersigned (Criminal policy and legal formulas on abortion) and the ad honorem professor of the Escuela Mayor de Derecho Fabio Humar Jaramillo (El subregistro del aborto como expresión de punibilidad), presented in a webinar organized in late April 2021 by the Department of Criminal Law; the second major issue corresponds to the work entitled La responsabilidad penal de las personas jurídicas en clave personal: Una reflexión en torno al derecho de defensa, authored by our collaborator Sergio Nicolás Guillén Ricardo, prepared as a requirement for the Master of Laws degree. The same can be said of the work La utilización de software como herramienta de interceptación de comunicaciones, with which Cristian Cobo Jiménez obtained his master's degree at the University's headquarters in Santa Marta. Finally, there is the paper La costumbre en el derecho penal: una mirada desde la realidad, prepared as a requirement for undergraduate work by Jackson René Valbuena Cure, a student of the Semillero Problemas Actuales de Derecho Penal (Current Problems of Criminal Law Seminar), under our direction.
