Abstract

Committed to the dissemination of knowledge of criminal law and related knowledge, the Journal Cuadernos de Derecho Penal is pleased to deliver to the academic community and local and international scholars its publication number 16, which incorporates some changes announced since the previous issue and which are referred, in particular, to the formation of the Editorial and Scientific Committees and the new format adopted for the printed edition.
