Abstract

I am pleased to deliver to the specialized public issue number 18 of the Journal, in which readers will see the incorporation as new coordinators of Professors John E. Zuluaga Taborda and Juan David Jaramillo Restrepo, replacing Professor Renato Vargas Lozano, who, after a tremendous work, retired from the University to take other paths; to the former I give my warmest welcome and, to the latter, my warm thanks for all their contributions and unconditional support.
