Abstract

This book is the updated Spanish version of the work that its author published in 2015, in Naples, with Editorial Científica, prepared by Professor Gabrielle Fornasari and his disciple Alessandra Macillo, entitled Elementi di Filosofía giuridico-penale; it is in line with the lessons of the course that Professor Guzmán Dalbora gave in July 2013 at the Doctorate in Comparative and European Studies at the University of Trento. No one better than the author himself to describe the scope of his academic production when he says that it "aims to be a propaedeutic work for the criminal lawyer, or aspiring one, to gain philosophical familiarity with the philosophical problems that cross from part to part this branch of law".
