Abstract
This article prposes different approaches to manage and develop early mathematical talents and mathematical creativity. These methods include strategies such as mathematical creativity planning, mathematical skill development, mathematical assessment, open seminar, workshops with colleagues and research on the structuring of specific didactic methologies ti address the problem.
